General Information
Clothing
We recommend that you carry a change of clothing and your necessary personal items such as medications in your carry-on bag. The water temperature may be cold so get your diving suit. We also recommend to get a hat, sunglasses, windbreaker.
Weather forecast
The BBC forecasted 29°- 38° with summery environment, however, don’t forget to get a windbreaker, you will need it after every dive.

-Identification: Don't forget your identification card (Iqama / ID /Passport). A valid ID is a must to get costs guard permission. Tawkalna App should be active as well.
-Meeting Point : Al Ahlam Marina – City of lakes
-Meeting time :Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. at the marina. Our Mer-mates team will assist with luggage, rental gear, and registration.

- The diving site changes according to weather conditions, or the coast guards canceling the trip in case of bad weather.
- It is not allowed to sail for who has suspended services.

⚠Cancellation and Refund policy⚠
- Cancellation is free of charge in case of cancellation within 6 days before the trip date.
- Cancellation between 4 and 5 days before the date of the trip will deduct 30% of the value paid.
- Cancellation within 3 - 2 (days) from the date of the trip will deduct 50 of the value paid .
- Cancellation prior to the trip 24 hours or less, no amount will be refunded .
