CONTRACT FOR SCUBA Diving COURSE

This contract is made and entered into on the online purchase date by and between Future Experts Sports Company, located in Al Khalidiyah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (“Diving School”), and [Client’s Full Name] (“Client”).

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The Diving School agrees to provide the Client with a Scuba diving Course. The Course includes course materials, classroom instruction, confined water dives, and open water dives. The Course does not include transportation, lodging, personal diving equipment, or other items not specifically mentioned.

COURSE SCHEDULE:

The Course will be conducted over a period of the agreed days, beginning on [start date].The Course schedule includes dates and times for classroom instruction, confined water dives, and open water dives.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:

The Client agrees to:

Attend all Course sessions on time and in full.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Complete all Course requirements satisfactorily.

FEES AND PAYMENT:

The Client agrees to pay the Diving School the sum of the agreed online paid ammount for the Course. Payment must be made in full amount prior to the start of the Course. The Course fee is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Diving School.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING:

The Diving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other reasons beyond its control. In the event of cancellation by the Diving School, the Client will receive a full refund of any fees paid. In the event of rescheduling by the Diving School, the Client will be offered alternative dates for the Course.

In case of client cancellation of the selected Course and the Diving School accepts such cancellation(whether the refund is in full or partial), a non-refundable administrative fee will be deducted based on the payment method used by the Client. This fee is charged to cover the processing and administrative costs associated with the cancellation. No administrative fees will be refunded to the Client once they have been deducted

COURSE FAILURE:

If the student fails to complete the course requirements satisfactorily, the Diving School may offer the student the opportunity to retake the course or complete additional training as deemed necessary by the instructors. The Diving School may require the student to pay an additional fee for retaking the course or completing additional training. The student will not receive Scuba Diver certification until all requirements have been satisfactorily completed as per Scuba Schools International standards. If the student chooses not to retake the course or complete additional training, the Diving School may not refund any fees paid.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:

If the student damages any equipment belonging to the Diving School, the student agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of the equipment within [30] days of being notified of the damage. Failure to pay for the repair or replacement may result in legal action being taken against the student.

COURSE COMPLETION:

To successfully complete the Scuba Diver Course, the student must meet the following requirements:

Attend all Course sessions on time and in full.
Successfully complete all knowledge development, confined water dives, and open water dives as outlined in the course materials.
Demonstrate proficiency in all required skills and exercises.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Upon successful completion of the Scuba Diver Course, the student will receive Scuba Diver certification from Scuba Schools International “SSI”.

LIABILITY AND WAIVER:

The Client acknowledges that diving is a hazardous activity and assumes all risks associated with the Course. The Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Diving School and its employees, agents, and instructors from any and all claims arising out of or related to the Course, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Entire Agreement:

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them. This Contract may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.

The above clauses are in addition to the other terms and conditions mentioned in this contract. By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this contract and agree to be legally bound by them
